Booked It, Lived It, Reviewed It My Brutally Honest Westgate Stay

My recent stay at Westgate was a rollercoaster ride of experiences, and I am here to share my brutally honest review.

I booked the hotel through an online platform, lured by the beautiful pictures and attractive amenities highlighted on their website. The booking process was simple and straightforward, with immediate confirmation that gave me a sense of assurance.

Upon arrival, the grandeur of Westgate greeted me. The lobby was spacious and tastefully decorated, exuding an air of luxury that matched its online portrayal. Check-in was smooth with friendly staff who were eager to assist.

The room I had booked appeared as advertised – spacious with modern furnishings and a breathtaking view from the balcony. It seemed like my stay would be nothing short of spectacular.

However, things started taking a downward turn when it came to service quality. On more than one occasion I found myself waiting for extended periods for room service or housekeeping response despite repeated calls.

The dining experience also left much to be desired. While there were several options available from different cuisines around the world; however, the taste did not live up to expectations considering the price point they charged.

One thing that stood out positively during my stay at Westgate was Westgate’s reviews their array of facilities offered – fitness center, spa services, swimming pool among others which were well-maintained and added value to my overall stay experience.

Yet another issue arose in terms of noise control within rooms – there seemed to be little soundproofing done as noises from adjacent rooms or hallway could easily filter into mine disrupting peace at odd hours.

Despite these issues faced during my stay at Westgate; their location deserves applause being centrally located providing easy access to key attractions in town making it convenient for guests who wish to explore around without spending much time commuting.

In conclusion, while Westgate impressed initially with its aesthetic appeal and range of facilities offered; it fell short on delivering exceptional guest experience due largely in part to poor service quality and dining experience.

For those considering a stay at Westgate, it’s worth noting that while the hotel does have its perks, there are areas where they could certainly improve. My advice would be to manage expectations and possibly consider other options if top-notch service is a priority for you.

Thus ends my brutally honest review of my Westgate stay – an experience that was a mix of highs and lows; leaving me with mixed feelings about whether I would choose to return in future or not.
